Living Room
Upon entry, you will be beckoned by the open-concept living space consisting of a living hall, dining area, and dry kitchen. Black marble, calming grey tones, and selected fittings in luxurious black elevate this space from
modernity to a fine home with dream interiors.
Over to the living space, pops of orange lend warmth and contrast to the sofa in the form of leathery cushions and a knitted throw rug. Plenty of filtered light comes through the glass windows, endowed by floor-to-ceiling double-layer curtains.

Dining & Kitchenette
To the side, a long and spacious island creates spatial distinction between the living and dining areas and th dry and wet kitchens.
Colour contrast is also at play – with the colour black dominantly used for the custom-built island’s countertop, against the light browns and greys of the living and dining spaces. The usage of darker accents also extends to both kitchen’s counter tops, the ceiling-height wall cupboards, and upper cabinets.
A glass display cabinet houses wine glasses and other items often used for entertaining. Lines of warm ambient lighting illuminate the contents, showcasing them in an aesthetically pleasing manner, giving the room a grand yet homey vibe.

MasterBedroom with a Walk-in Closet
Home to a household of five, each bedroom has been given special attention to ensure it suits the lifestyle of each family member. Starting with the master bedroom, the same clean lines against white and grey colors create uniformity between the living and bedroom concepts.
Deep, jade green cushions add a pop of color, and a simple reading corner is ever ready to give husband or wife a moment of respite. Rounded corners give the room a less edgy look-feel, and spherical shapes in the bedside tables and lamps make the bedroom cozier and homier.
To the side, backlit display shelves flank both sides of the short walkway to the en-suite bathroom, creating an exclusive walk-in closet. Making the most out of the space, a sleek, pull-out mirror is built into the carpentry, and it can be easily stowed away when not in use.

Son’s Bedroom
Elder son’s bedroom and study
The clean look in the son’s bedroom is characterized in its fuss-free design – featuring the same clean lines, organic, rounded corners, and a custom-built study table and bookshelf beside the wardrobe.
The room is wonderfully outfitted with warm architectural lighting and fittings that are seamless, all in an off-white color palette that is calming and pleasing to the eye. Seamless, soft-close cupboards are fitted for all the bedrooms, so that there are no knobs jutting out and the rooms look flush and level, at one glance.
An ergonomic chair and study table provides a comfortable workspace in the bedroom, and this timeless
design and layout truly makes the most of the space accorded.
Two young children’s bedroom
A simple and clean space for two young kids growing up, this bedroom is kept minimal, with plenty of
cupboard space for their belongings. The focus here is to keep the area open; to have ample space for the children to move around, grow and play.
The room has a bunk bed for now and not many fittings, as it makes it easier to rearrange furnishings and
make changes to the layout as they grow up and may require different needs for the space. Keeping things simple and flexible is key so that additions and adjustments can be easily made.
